However, if things don’t work as expected We’re here to help you help you fix it.

This is everything you need to learn regarding our return or exchange procedure. It’s easy and effortless — exactly like how your skincare needs to be.

1. Products Eligible for Replacement

We will consider requests for replacement or return, but only with the following conditions:

  • The product has been damaged, leaky or damaged in transit.

  • The item you received was not what you expected.

  • The product is no longer in use or is not usable due to a quality problem.

In such cases you are able to request a replacement or a full refund — with no inquiries.

2. Timeframe to Raise a Request

You must raise your request for a return or replacement no later than 7 days after the date of delivery.
We ask customers to take the time to remove the parcel and record it on video if the damage is suspected this allows us to address your complaint quicker.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

Because of health and safety concerns for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept return requests for:

  • Products that have been opened, used or altered products

  • Purchased items at discounts or during sale (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

5. Refund Process

After your return request has been confirmed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • The money will be added to your initial mode of payment (bank account UPI, bank account, or credit card)

  • To process Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we will require your account details in a secure manner.

6. Pick-up and Reverse Shipping

  • If it is necessary, we’ll set up an alternative pickup at your address

  • Keep this product inside its original package, complete with all invoices and labels.

  • If pick-up service is not available in your region We may ask you to self-ship and then reimburse the shipping charge

7. For Bulk/Salon Orders

Due to the quantity and value of the product, return requests for professional-sized items (900ml or hair boxes) will be considered on an individual basis. Make sure you select the correct size before placing an order.

8. Quality is Our Promise

Every single one of White Diamonds products are manufactured with the highest quality standards through our subsidiary company Sky Diamonds. If we make a mistake at our side we’ll take on the full blame for our skin deserves the very best.

9. Exchanges

We are currently unable to provide direct exchanges (e.g. the same item exchanged to another). If this is the case, make a request for a return (if the item is eligible) and then place a new order for the item you want to purchase.
